Project 2

For this project, my group members is me, Rachel and Ming Fen. Our topic for this project is about mechanism. We did about Rube Goldberg's concept of how things can be connected to each other using anything u can find.

Poetic Possibilities

In my opinion, when i hear the word Poetic Possibilities, it is something that are almost impossible to accomplish by us. So that's why it's called possibilities. It is like a dream of doing something that are extraordinary or being someone special like being a superhero. When I was a kid I always dreamed of being a hero. Saving people's life and helping people who are in trouble. If I can be a superhero for one day, I would choose Superman because he can fly! So going from places to places is so easy. And superman is almost immortal he can withstand guns shots even if it hits his face. I could just fly above the city and just use my eagle eyes to see everything and help those in need.

Mechanism

Mechanism is something that has a set of flow or have an ordered manner into completing a task. Examples of mechanism are a running car engine, how the bicycle moves, and even your body is a mechanism. In other words, mechanism is an assembly of moving parts performing a complete functional motion.

Intellectual Food

What I think when I hear the word intellectual food is like a mixture of different kinds of foods in one serving.. but im not really sure what's the real meaning of it..

Out of the box

What comes to your mind when your hear the phrase "out of the box"? You will normally think of something that you did not expect or something that is very weird and unique. It also can be very funny or interesting when it comes to this.

Flawed with awe

Nobody in this world is perfect. Everyone has their own flaws or weakness. All of us have to face our flaws.

As for myself, I am not used to be the center of attention. I will feel uneasy when that happens such as during presentations. It's because I am not good at presenting and also I am abit shy. But that doesn't happen when I get attention for doing the things I am good at such as playing sports. However, since I started my education in University, I am more confident and less nervous when presenting because of all the presentations we all need to do during class. Besides that, self appearance plays an important role in boosting your confidence. Back then, I was a lengthy and scarwny guy who is not happy with my own appearance. Then i decided to make a change. I signed up for a gym membership during the semester holidays and I workout hard. By the end of the semester, I've gained alot of lean mass which made me look fitter and stronger. Last but not least I gained so much confidence then ever doing anything I face.
